Our charm system is what makes our collars truly one-of-a-kind. Each collar and lead features a secure charm base that lets you pop charms in and out whenever you want — no tools, no fuss. Simply angle the charm, press it into place, and it locks in securely.
Once inserted, charms stay put through daily wear, walks, and playtime, but can still be pushed out from the back when you’re ready to switch up the look. It may take a little manoeuvring the first time, but that snug fit is exactly what keeps your design looking perfect and in place. With endless ways to mix, match, and personalise, you can change your pup’s style as often as you like — one collar, unlimited looks.

1. Fold the collar at the hole so the opening is exposed.
2. Hold your charm at a 45 degree angle to the hole.
3. Slide one side of the black backing into the hole first.
4. Press the rest of the backing down firmly until it “pops” into place.

(It may take abit of manoeuvring to get in but once it’s popped in it won’t fall out)

Key tips for success:
Never pull straight up: always insert and remove at an angle to avoid damaging the holes and the charms.

Angle, don’t force: if you push straight down, it won’t go in. Always use the 45 degree angle.

Check the back: ensure the black base has fully popped through to the inside to prevent losing the charms.

1. Fold the collar at the hole, just like when inserting the charm.
2. Angle the charm toward the opening.
3. Gently slide the charm out at an angle.

Tip: Do not pull straight out. Folding the collar and angling the charm makes removal easy and prevents damage.

Our multifunctional lead is designed to adapt to you and your dog’s needs on every walk. Our collars and leads are designed for everyday adventures from beach days to muddy play sessions. After any outdoor activity, we recommend rinsing your collar and lead with clean water and a mild soap to remove sand, salt, dirt, or debris. While our collars are waterproof and rust resistant, regular rinsing helps keep them looking their best and extends their lifespan. Simply wash, rinse thoroughly, and allow them to air dry before next use. A little extra care goes a long way in keeping your pup’s gear fresh, clean, and ready for the next adventure.
